New Chamber board member announced
Ms. Nasrin Parvizi, associate vice president for facilities management at SUNY Cortland, has been named to the Chamber’s Board of Directors. Ms. Parvizi will complete the unexpired term of Cheryl Groeneveld, the former SUNY Cortland vice president for finanace and management who left for another position out of state.
Ms. Parvizi is an architect with vast experience in facilities design, planning, construction, and management. She managed more than $200 million in projects at the University of Delaware before joining SUNY Cortland several years ago. "The College has a critical role to play in our community, and we’re all glad to have Nasrin as a member of the Chamber team," said Board president Robert Ferris.
