Leadership Cortland is designed to identify, educate and
motivate a select group of Cortland County area citizens for
positions of community leadership. Participants are selected on
the basis of ability, leadership potential, interest in the
community, willingness to commit the time and energy to complete
the program and must have the full support of the corporation or
organization represented.
Martha
Hubbard, Program facilitator and founding Director for
Leadership Cortland , is a lifelong resident of our area.
Among her many years of service on boards and committees in
Cortland is a 3 year term as President of the Cortland
County Chamber of Commerce. Martha is Director of TC3.biz
where she is responsible for the development of TC3's
Extension Centers and for a wide range of training programs
for area business, industry and not for profits. An
experienced facilitator, with many local contacts, Martha is
committed to the success of Leadership Cortland and to the
success of each participant. Her enthusiasm for Leadership
Cortland and Cortland County is contagious.
